November 28, 2008:
As was the case with Enigma's previous album, a
video album of
Seven Lives Many Faces is released, in DVD format. It contains the
music set to visuals, with most clips culled from Enigma's earlier music videos,
as well as some new clips. The original music videos to Seven Lives
and La Puebla Del Cielo is used for these songs. The bonus features
comprise audio comments for each song by Michael Cretu, in both German and
English versions, and a photo gallery. Unlike the video album for the previous
album, this video album does not include any of the bonus songs which have only
been available on some formats of the album.

On November 21, 2008, the album
Oliver Geissen präsentiert Die ultimative Chartshow - Musikverhörer
was released in Germany. The album presents 30 songs where parts of the original
lyrics are
"misheard" as
German phrases, with a completely different meaning. One of the songs included
is Enigma's Sadeness (Part I), where one of the Gregorian chant
parts is misheard as "Anneliese, popel nicht", which translates to
English as "Anneliese, don't pick your nose".
Some of the misheard lyrics were presented in the TV show
"Die ultimative Chart Show - Die erfolgreichsten Radiohits"
on RTL (Germany) on January 5, 2008, and again in the TV show
"Die ultimative Chart Show - Die erfolgreichsten Comebacks aller Zeiten!"
on RTL (Germany) on November 21, 2008. Both times the one from
Sadeness (Part I) was presented. The misheard lyrics were
originally presented on radio 104.6 RTL (Berlin, Germany), in the series
Agathe Bauer Songs.

The Art Of Love.

August 8, 2008:
The first single from Enigma's forthcoming seventh album is released:
Seven Lives/La Puerta Del Cielo.
La Puerta Del Cielo is the first song, co-written by Ibiza native
Margarita Roig, who also perform the vocals. The other song is
Seven Lives, with vocals by Andru Donalds.
Seven Lives has been chosen as the official song in the coverage
of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing by the German public TV channel
ARD (Das Erste). For this reason the
single was released one week earlier than planned.
