October 13, 2003: More news about the announced release of the single Following The Sun: The Enigma song will be used in the promotional trailer of a TV movie on Germany's Sat.1. The movie is called Das Wunder von Lengede, and will be shown on November 9 and November 10. The trailer will be aired "60 times"

As reported, the single will be released on November 10, so it coincides with the TV movie. Following The Sun will be sent for radio play starting October 17.

These release plans are for Germany only, although Spain will also release this single. Other countries have the option of releasing either Following The Sun or Boum-Boum as the second single. For now, a one track promo has been made for Boum-Boum, with a 3:43 radio edit of the song. In Germany, this song could be the third single from the album, in which case remixes could be made for it.

Virgin report that they are very satisfied with the Voyageur album and the title track single, and how these records do in the international charts.

October 10, 2003: Virgin announces the second single from the Voyageur album: Following The Sun. The single will be released on November 10, 2003, with the following track listing:

  1. Following The Sun (Radio Edit)
  2. Following The Sun (Album Version)
  3. Voyageur (Fab 4 Mix)

The radio edit is simply a shorter version of the song as featured on the album, so according to this track listing, there will be no remixes of the song. The Fab 4 Mix of Voyageur is a remix done by Michael Cretu and Jens Gad.

July 30, 2003: Enigma's management company Crocodile Music has published the track listing of the new album, along with the writing credits. The credits show that the songs are all written by Michael Cretu, with Jens Gad taking part in three of the songs. David Fairstein, who has contributed with lyrics on all previous albums, is not involved this time. Crocodile Music's track listing also shows that vocalists Ruth-Ann and Andru Donalds will feature on the album, providing vocals on a couple of the songs, including in the form of a duet (on Boum-Boum). Both vocalists also contributed on Enigma's previous album. The credits are detailed on the record information page.

Crocodile Music now lists the release date of the single as September 29, instead of the August 25 release date first announced. This means that the single will be released three weeks after the album. The single will however be sent for radio play in Germany starting August 11.

July 7, 2003: The video of Enigma's first album MCMXC a.D. will be released on DVD format. In 1991, a continous music video was produced for the complete album, complimenting the music in a beautiful and delicate way. The video was available in VHS and Laserdisc formats, but now a long awaited DVD release will see the light. Virgin lists September 8, 2003 as the release date in the Enigma discography on their site. This is the same date that new Enigma album Voyageur will be released. The only details known about the DVD at this time is that the sound will be 5.1 stereo. For more information about the video album, see the review (based on the original VHS release).
